Never have issues with any delivery service but for state plate. Delivery person kept calling and asking for address confirmation. Finally item was returned. Very frustrating
What can I say ? The Khakra was never delivered. I raised a complaint, but it was not attended to. Phone numbers are also no reachable, hopeless service.
Moreover last time, the product was defective, and a refund was promised but not given.

This is Very Great Mistake at Your End. You have to verify the Items you packed, with my Order. But sorry to say that You had not verified the Items you packed with my Order, ultimately I have suffered. You have to REFUND me Rs 180.00, but I know You can't do it. Because You have cheated me. This is Shameful for you.

While the product is very good, the delivery issue and the lack of responsiveness by The State Plate is pathetic.
Delivery issue - 2 out of 6 bottles of Druk Aam Panna were received in a broken condition. Photos were sent to the relevant email id but there has been no revert. The phone number is switched off, and it appears that the WhatsApp bot has not dealt with a similar issue. Very Very frustating experience.

Hi, Since two month Shenga Chutney is not available on your portal. Even you people don't have any options for pre-booking. Please provide some alternative for ordering the same.
