We ordered many times , every time taste is good but last time taste is not good very salty
1.) The vendor almost forgot to deliver the product even after receiving full payment. After waiting for nearly a week, the mobile number provided was found to be out of order when contacted. Only after sending an email reminder did they respond, and even then the reply was very unprofessional, simply stating that they would “look into the matter” without any clear resolution or timeline. 2.) The product I received was close to its expiry date and most of the pieces were broken. Very disappointed with the quality and packaging.

I've been writing to them but no response. Now they send me an email to write a review saying order was dispatched 20 days ago. No tracking link. Do not buy
I haven’t received any order at all, and on top of that, there are no updates on WhatsApp either. Really pathetic service.

I’m a big fan of your anardana goli. Very authentic. However since last order two boxes came with completely different taste. Either you have mixed old and new batch. I hope the bad and too sweet one is not your new batch. The best thing about the original was that it was tangy more than sweet which mormally commercial products dont have.. i dont have the picture but one was whiter and the original is browner.

I received the achar with expiry of just 2 month. Given in the shelf life of 6 months. The packaging of shipments was so bad I got a damaged product.
The state plate team is most dumbest in entire world. From past 13 days order is not delivered and despite continuous email no one is responding. Still asking for feedback for purchase I made from your pathetic start up. Have some shame guys!!
