Shipping

Where do you ship?

We deliver all across India and globe. You can complete your order on website and we will dispatch the order within 24 hours. Your order will be delivered within 2 to 5 days.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

All orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours from our warehouse. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Sundays.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the link to track your order. The delivery timelines are as follows: 

Within Bangalore - 1 to 2 days
Metro Cities - 3 to 4 days
Rest of India - 5 to 6 days
International Orders - 5-7 days

How can I track my order?

After 24 hours of order placing, you would receive an email and SMS to track your order through the link that we send to you.

What are the shipping charges?

The State Plate offers free delivery on orders above Rs 999 within India.

There are some locations where delivery might not be free since our courier partner doesn't deliver there. On those locations, we ship via other courier services. You can reach out to our customer support team to see if we can reduce that cost for you specially.

Orders & Payments

Why are some products out of stock?

We strive to ensure that all products are in stock at all times but due to sudden surge in demand or some supply issues, they may go out of stock on some occasions. If there is any product visible on our website, that means that sooner or later it will come back in stock. You can chat with us over Whatsapp here and we will let you know the exact date.

How fresh will the products be on delivery?

The freshness of the products is one of our top priorities and hence, we ensure that the most fresh products are packed for delivery. We work towards providing you the maximum possible shelf life of the products so that you have enough time to consume and savour them after you receive it. 

What are the modes of payment?

We accept all online payment modes like debit/credit cards, PAYTM wallet, UPI, net-banking, Paypal for international orders etc.

We do not accept COD since the products are perishable. We have delivered more than 1,00,000 orders and have been aired on Shark Tank India. If you don't like anything - our support is always available on Whatsapp, call and email.

Why is COD not accepted?

Since we sell perishable food items, the products are unusable if the COD order gets rejected by the customer. To reduce food wastage, we have disabled COD.

You can pay via any prepaid mode like UPI, Netbanking, Debit/Credit cards, etc.

Returns & Refunds

How can I return my order?

If the product reaches you in a condition unfit for use or has expired please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will analyze the issue, and on verification, we will issue the refund within 48 hours.

How will the refunds be processed?

Refund will be initiated within 2 days of acknowledgement of an issue. It will be processed to the original payment source and will reflect within 5-7 days.
