How many days does it take to deliver?
We ship via premium courier service partner DHL Express. It takes anywhere between 5-8 days to deliver your products across the globe.
How is the pricing calculated?
You pay the exact amount you would have paid in India for the products. All products are sold on Indian MRPs.
Shipping, packaging, handling charges are extra and are shown directly & transparently to you on the checkout.
What are the shipping charges for my country and how are they calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight of the products including packaging. You can view the shipping charges inclusive of taxes in a Google Sheet here.
Will the products reach me fresh & safe?
We take utmost care of delivering freshest products to you, so that should not be a worry at all.
We package the box very properly in a sturdy box to ensure there is no damage to the box during transit.

What happens if my country levies import taxes?
In case your country levies import taxes, payment needs to made by you in your country directly to the courier partner. DHL will contact you via email or phone and send you a payment link. You will need to pay the amount there and then delivery will happen.
Can I add any products that is not available on The State Plate?
Unfortunately, we do not have this service right now. You can only order products from our catalog.
