Shipping policy
All orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours from our warehouse. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Sundays.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email and a Whatsapp message along with the link to track your order. The delivery timelines are as follows:
Within Bangalore - 1 to 2 days
Metro Cities - 3 to 4 days
Rest of India - 5 to 6 days

Placing an Order
You have free shipping above Rs 699. Below that, we levy Rs 50 as shipping charge.
For COD orders, the courier companies charge us an additional amount of Rs. 40 for handling the cash. However, there is no such additional charge on prepaid orders. You can pay using UPI/Digital Wallets/Cards/Net Banking etc.
We deliver everywhere and anywhere in India. However, we do not accept international orders as of now.

We strive to ensure that all products are in stock at all times but due to sudden surge in demand or some supply issues, they may go out of stock on some occasions. If there is any product visible on our website, that means that sooner or later it will come back in stock.
The freshness of the products is one of our top priorities and hence, we ensure that the most fresh products are packed for delivery. We work towards providing you the maximum possible shelf life of the products so that you have enough time to consume and savour them after you receive it.
Payment
You can pay for your orders via debit/credit cards, PAYTM wallet, UPI, net-banking, etc. You can also choose to pay cash on delivery (COD).

Returns & Refunds
If the product reaches you in a condition unfit for use or has expired please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will analyze the issue, and on verification, we will issue the refund within 48 hours.
Refund will be initiated within 2 days of acknowledgement of an issue. It will be processed to the original payment source and will reflect within 5-7 days.
