1. Marketing & Branding Manager:

  • Heading performance marketing, working closely with the co-founders on overall marketing strategy, setting targets and working on execution with a team of 3 including marketing specialist, graphic designer and content creator
  • Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup environment
  • Super creative, energetic and passionate; love for business/startups is a big plus
  • Analytical, logical & understands customer psychology
  • Includes work with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics

2. Procurement & Category Manager:

 End-to-end sourcing of ethnic food products from different parts of the country based on customer taste & preference research, vendor scouting, negotiations, evaluation of alternatives, sampling & quality check

  • Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup environment
  • Must have a deep passion for and knowledge of food
  • Involves research, multiple outbound vendor calls, follow-ups and negotiations
  • Willing to travel if required
  • Street-smart, frugal, agile

3. Graphic Designer:

Working closely with the co-founders on brand building, designing all brand collaterals including Packaging Designs, Social Media Creatives, Ad Creatives, Website Creatives, Merchandise & Unboxing Experience etc.

  • Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup environment
  • Fluency in graphic designing and illustration; motion graphics is a big plus (Well-versed with Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Super creative, energetic and passionate; love for business/startups is a big plus

4. Part-Time Content Creator:
Creating amazing content for social media, ads, including photographs, short-form video content, and long-form video content (rarely)

  • Highly skilled in photography, videography, photo and video editing (well-versed with Adobe Premiere Pro); motion graphics is a plus
  • Super creative, energetic and passionate; love for business/startups is a big plus

  • Involves 2 full-day shoots per month with edits (can freelance and take up other projects during the other parts of the month)

  • Bookkeeping and inventory management: day-to-day transactions, setting up processes for reconciliations, coordination with operations team to ensure proper inventory & accounting treatment
