• Adai is a Dosa-like dish prepared from a combination of lentils and rice. It's a very healthy, wholesome, crispy, delicious, protein-rich and nutrient-dense South Indian breakfast. It is generally the combination of various lentils like toor dal, channa dal, urad dal and moong dal and some spices.
• Take some Adukale Instant Adai Dosa Mix along with some water to form a smooth batter. Spread the batter on a heated Tawa and your hot and crispy Adais are ready! Add chopped onions and green coriander leaves to enhance the taste.
• Serve hot with vegetable stew or Sambar and various chutney like coconut chutney, tomato chutney or peanut chutney or just with pickle.

We used the Adukale Adai Dosa mix to prepare the tasty and crispy adai dosa. It was really tasty. The only thing was the amount of water which was written on the packet was making the batter very loose. So we have to make dosa batter with correct consistency to make it thin.
